Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to strengthen their growing technical team. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of developments, from planning and design through to site delivery – playing a key role in shaping thriving new communities.

The Role
As Senior Technical Coordinator, you will:

Manage technical elements of projects from planning consent through to site completion
*
Coordinate external consultants including architects, engineers, and specialists
*
Oversee the production and delivery of detailed working drawings and technical information
*
Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, NHBC/LABC standards, and CDM regulations
*
Work closely with the Land, Planning, Commercial, and Construction teams
*
Assist in resolving technical and buildability issues on site
*
Contribute to early-stage land appraisals and feasibility studies
*
Represent the company in design team and client meetings
About You
*
4+ years’ experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar role) in residential development
*
Excellent understanding of planning, design coordination, and technical compliance
*
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC or LABC requirements
*
Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages of development
*
Strong communicator and problem-solver
*
Proficient with AutoCAD and document control systems
*
Ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive

£60,000 – £65,000 DOE
