We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for our new business in Lewes town centre. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a beauty business environment.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the office calendar.
* Assist with packing and sending orders.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
* A friendly disposition with strong communication skills is necessary to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
