We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our theare team at our Practice Plus Group Hospital, Rochdale. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. The role demands great attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries at the first opportunity. This is a Fixed Tern position to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Main duties of the job
* Develop a strong understanding of NHS RTT guidance and act as the first point of contact for pathway-related queries across all staff levels.
* Provide clear advice and support on RTT rules, pathway management, and best practice.
* Take on additional pathway-related tasks to improve RTT compliance, data capture, and accuracy.
* Investigate, resolve, and correct pathway data issues using electronic hospital information systems.
* Validate patient pathways in line with RTT rules and Practice Plus Group standards.
* Support operational teams in achieving high standards of pathway quality and completeness, escalating concerns where appropriate.
* Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, representing the Patient Pathway and Admin team.
Are you an experienced administrator with previous experience in healthcare patient services or data environment? Are you great at handling large volumes of sensitive data? You will be an experienced Administrator ideally with experience within Healthcare. You\'ll be adept at using customer or patient databases and have experience handling large amounts of data. You\'ll be self motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving.
