You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, providing clear, accurate and professional support across a range of council services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide front‑line customer service via phone, email and face‑to‑face channels. Handle enquiries efficiently, ensuring residents receive accurate information and timely support. Update records, process requests and maintain data accuracy across council systems. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries and escalate issues where required.
