Role
* Provide clear, practical adviceadvice to a range of clients
* Contribute to the team’s continued growth
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including:
o Divorce and separation
o Financial settlements
o Private children matters
o Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
o Cohabitation disputes
o Domestic abuse cases
You
* 3+ Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong knowledge in family law
* A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude towards business development
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Resolution membership and/or experience in mediation or collaborative law is desirable but not essential
