Our Retail Supervisors are emerging leaders, and we will provide you with the necessary tools to progress. You will lead and coach store colleagues, serve as a role model for excellent customer service, and help drive sales performance. Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will also undertake training programs such as "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert," accredited to Level 2 and Level 3.

* Can work under pressure and handle challenging situations

* Can complete computer-based training for product knowledge
