Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We're looking for a Warehouse & Transport Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods while leading a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Supervise warehouse and transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and drivers.
* Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate dispatch schedules.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in warehouse and/or transport supervision.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
* CPC qualification or transport compliance knowledge (a plus).
