Job Description
Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently supporting a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the Brighton area in their search for a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) from September.
This is a 1-year maternity cover position, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent within the school.

The Role:
* KS2 Teacher (Part-time - 3 days per week)
* 1-year maternity cover (September start)
* Based in Brighton
* Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply
* Recent experience as a UK Primary Teacher, ideally within KS2
* A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
Salary:
* Paid to scale (M3 - M6)
