Additionally, you'll collaborate with other members of the engineering team to oversee the activities of specialist subcontractors, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the efficient and timely completion of PPM and reactive tasks across the campus
2. Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of M&E and HVAC systems and provide effective solutions
3. Prioritise scheduling of PPM and reactive work tasks in line with SLA’s whilst ensuring a high-quality service
4. Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded
5. Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the sites engineering systems
6. Become familiar with specialist campus control systems such as Siemens, Delmatic and Ventilux and proactively seek learning and development opportunities
7. Have a proactive approach in regard reporting of issues and updating records to support site compliance
8. Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects
9. Utilise the sites technologies and systems when carrying out duties
10. Support team members with larger or more complex tasks as and when site conditions require
11. Support with overseeing the work of contractors and specialist suppliers including issuing of permits
12. Contribute to the sourcing and ordering of parts and materials with consideration of suitability and costs
13. Ensure site SOPs and fully adhered to
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
14. Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high profile corporate environments
15. Capable of fault finding and diagnostics on M&E and HVAC systems
16. Requires excellent teamwork, ownership and customer service skills
17. Must have a “can do attitude” and will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the team through excellent communication skills
18. Ability to use IT systems and software
