Established in 2012 by Robin Birley, the group\'s flagship business is 5 Hertford Street, a private member\'s club located in Mayfair, London. At the core of the club\'s philosophy is the Birley family\'s traditions of style and elegance with a team that consistently deliver personal exceptional service to the club\'s members and their guests.
Established in 2018, Oswald\'s, also based in Mayfair, London, is the other social club in the group\'s current portfolio.
In 2025, we will extend our presence to New York with the opening of Maxime\'s, a private club.
Other group businesses include Birley Sandwiches, comprising 10 stores across the City and Canary Wharf, as well as Birley Homeware and Birley Bakery.
We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance Team. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
* Processing and Approvals of daily, weekly, and monthly supplier payment runs
* Work with key stakeholders in the group, identifying and delivering process improvement across all Finance functions
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Manage, develop and support the Accounts Payable team
Profil
* Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software
* Previous experience in Leisure / Hospitality, Retail or FMCG highly desirable
