Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain contract documentation, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and compliance certificates Keep an organised filing system for quick and accurate document retrieval Ensure all documentation meets contract requirements and construction project specifications Handle quality assurance documentation with accuracy and efficiency Collect and document critical site-level information, including daily progress reports and resource allocation Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project records Report progress updates, challenges, and changes to the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders Efficient handling of contracts in Construction.
