Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers for our supported living services in Stockport. We provide person-centred care and support to enable people with a learning disability and have complex needs to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.
You will support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community. Some of the people we support have health or behaviour support needs and will need your skilled support to maintain their health and wellbeing.
You will be expected to use personalised communication approaches and to develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families.
