We're delighted to be partnered with an ambitious Private Equity firm looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join a growing People team that’s redefining HR excellence. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you’ll be central to a business that values leadership, engagement, and continuous growth. The HR function is highly effective, offering a great opportunity to learn and expand your career.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and evolve a world-class learning curriculum aligned with career pathways and future skills.
* Design and deliver leadership development experiences—from emerging talent to the C-suite.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to embed learning into the business culture.
* Coach, mentor, and inspire individuals across the firm.
* Develop and deliver engaging learning content, including for key events such as firmwide, team, and office offsite events.
* Support talent development across portfolio companies.
* Bring energy, creativity, and operational excellence to your work.
What You Bring:
* 8+ years in L&D, preferably in financial or professional services, designing and delivering training across levels.
* A strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
* Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
* A coaching qualification (or strong experience) is a plus.
* Willingness to travel to European and US offices.
* Bonus for a second language!
