We are delighted to be building a strong internal Group Legal Team to support our transformation.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
This in-house paralegal role is to provide key support to the Group Legal function by assisting with contract management, governance, compliance and general legal administration. The role will interact and work collaboratively across Hilton Foods entities and departments to facilitate the legal function and ensure robust governance and compliance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Draft, review, and maintain a variety of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.).
* Manage contract lifecycle, including execution and filing.
* Monitor regulatory changes and assist in implementing compliance programs.
* Assist in maintaining internal policies and ensure adherence across departments.
* Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
* Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for legal colleagues and internal stakeholders.
* Organise and maintain legal files and databases.
* Coordinate with external counsel and manage invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in a paralegal role either in-house or private practice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong research and organisational skills.
