Salary:Starting salary of £24,784.50 PA
Working Hours:08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced environment where customer service, accuracy, and teamwork are key.
Youll play a vital role as the link between customers, sales, and internal operationsensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
* Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
* Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability, and pricing
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally
* Manage returns, invoice queries, and order amendments
* Maintain accurate customer records and pricing data
* Support sales activity, including promotions and customer follow-ups
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or xsngvjr order processing role
* Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with IT systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
