About the Project Manager Job Role
To lead a team of Project Co-Ordinators delivering a range of Aran's Funded and Unfunded programs of work. To motivate, develop, and train members to be process driven and efficient using project management tools and techniques. To be an advocate for a positive and professional culture. Your team will be required to manage installation for customers to control deadlines with multiple inputs from subcontractors in house installers and surveyors as well as partner Local Authorities and housing associations. To develop and deliver project KPI's for several ongoing projects and to manage your team's efficiency and output, driving improvements into project processes to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget. To review and improve and implement standard operating procedures and staff training, to ensure predictable performance from your team. To communicate with both internal and external stakeholders daily, this role relies on impeccable communication skills and attention to detail. Supporting Team members with customer interaction as needed. To report to Senior Managers and Director level regularly and have direct control over scheme budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* To line manage a team of Lead Project Co-Ordinators and with them outline the Development of plans for staff via annual appraisal reviews.
* To develop the team culture to ensure it remain professions and focused on quality and customer outcomes.
* With Lead Co-Ordinators, develop plan for operational and delivery improvement and communicate and lead these changes within the co-ordination team, developing a culture of continuous improvement.
* Responsible for the on-boarding and training of new employees and to develop a standardised PC training process for new recruits.
* Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently. To monitor and analyze these results and prepare reports for SLT.
* Establish and maintain a standardised way of working, ensuring all teams deliver in line with the Project Coordinator model
* Support client meetings and provide operational input for schemes in collaboration with the Project Coordinator team
* Serve as the primary escalation point for issues or concerns
* Monitor performance and report on client and stakeholder satisfaction
