Are you someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and people? Do you take pride in accuracy, organisation, and supporting others to get the best out of digital tools? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Data Administrator to join our academic support team and play a key role in the smooth running of our school's Management Information System (MIS) and associated platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a real difference behind the scenes.
About You
You'll be confident using data systems and have a keen eye for detail. You'll enjoy solving problems, supporting staff and parents, and keeping things running smoothly. Whether it's updating learner profiles, managing weekly communications, or helping with exam data, you'll bring a proactive and positive approach to everything you do.
You'll also be comfortable learning new systems (including iSAMS), and keen to get up to speed quickly through training and hands-on experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide front-line support for MIS and data queries from staff and parents.
* Manage and maintain key data processes, including learner records and reports.
* Support exam and registration data entry and system updates.
* Oversee weekly communications and trip messaging services.
* Maintain internal and external platforms such as iSAMS, Satchel One, My School Portal, and Classoos.
* Assist with system transitions and troubleshooting.
Why Join Us?
This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking school team. You'll be working in a role that's varied, valued, and vital to the smooth running of our academic operations. We'll support your development and ensure you have the tools and training you need to succeed.
Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for further details.
