11th May, 2026 Revit Technician London Building Services Consultancy We are currently partnering with a growing Building Services consultancy seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative design environment delivering a broad range of complex building projects across the commercial sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production and coordination of detailed MEP drawings and BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Produce and coordinate detailed Revit MEP models and drawings Develop 3D building services systems for mechanical, electrical and public health services Work closely with engineers and design teams to support project delivery Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Ensure drawings and deliverables meet project standards and deadlines Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records Support quality assurance processes and internal BIM procedures Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including architectural and structural disciplines Requirements Previous experience working as a Revit Technician within Building Services Strong Revit MEP capability Experience producing coordinated MEP drawings and models Knowledge of HVAC, pipework and building services systems Familiarity with BIM workflows and Navisworks coordination Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines Experience working within a consultancy environment would be advantageous What's on Offer Opportunity to work on high-profile and technically challenging projects Supportive and collaborative working environment Career development and training opportunities Exposure to sustainable and low-carbon design initiatives Long-term progression within a growing consultancy For a confidential discussion or further information, please get in touch.
