You will have the experience to effectively resolve a wide range of both planned and reactive maintenance issues. The post holder will be responsible for line-managing the caretaking team which consists of three full-time caretakers. Working hours will be based on shifts that change on a weekly basis, these shifts cover the period between 6.00 am and 8.00pm.
