Job Responsibilities
* Ensure best practice is maintained in conjunction with ESPA College Policies and Procedures and relevant company policies.
* Contribute to the monitoring and reviewing of staff and assist in their Continuing Professional Development.
* Work according to ESPA College guidelines and policies for Safeguarding procedures to ensure student safety. Adhere to ESPA College policies on Diversity and Inclusion.
* Assist in coordinating RARPA, positive learner outcomes, and ensure EHCPs are regularly monitored and updated.
* Contribute to the daily operations of a busy college site, including managing reviews, monitoring health and safety, completing shift work records, and managing staff teams.
Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career by assisting in managing a vibrant college environment. Knowledge of preparing, delivering, and managing programmes for learners with autism is essential.
