Location Glasgow Application Deadline Friday, May 29, 2026 Job Summary We are looking for a property paralegal with commercial or residential property experience to work within our Banking and Finance Team The role will involve: Assisting lawyers with collating title due diligence for property finance transactions; Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges; Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration Reviewing draft advance notices; Assisting lawyers with completions; Attending to post completion matters and sending lender title packs; Let your ambitions grow with ours At Harper Macleod, ambition is what drives us forward.
