Arc Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie’s to join our dynamic culinary team. To work at Southampton football club St Marys stadium, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food during Championship match days, private events, and prep sessions leading up to big games.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing and cooking food to a high standard across a variety of kitchens (players, hospitality, media, and retail areas)
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering smooth match day service
* Leading a section during busy prep and service times
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Assisting with stock control, prep lists
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie minimum 2 years’ Experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, focused attitude
* Strong knowledge of food safety (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum) and Food allergen
* Flexible availability, especially on weekends, evenings, and match days
* Passion for food and football is a bonus!
* Your own Knives, chef white, chef trousers, safety shoes, aprons is essential!
