Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester
Hours: hours per week, Full-time

The Role:
The Health Care Assistant will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
What you will bring with you:
1. NVQ level 2 or higher in Health & Social Care
2. Must be able to work both early, late and Saturday shifts
3. Excellent customer skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Competent computer skills
6. Proven ability to work in a team or independently as required
7. A warm, considerate and empathetic character
8. The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
9. Strong communication skill
10. A flexible and positive attitude
