Maintenance Technician - Static
Salary - £28,000 + Overtime
Monday to Friday, 08:00am-17:00pm

We have a new opportunity following a recent contract win for an Static Maintenance Technician to work for one of the most recognizable FM companies across the UK.
In this role you will look after the reactive and planned maintenance across a modern government building based in Exeter, EX1. In this role you will join an already thriving team in a growing division. In this role you will be expected to be able to pass and obtain a higher level of security clearance.

* Basic Electrics
* Basic Carpentry
* Lamp changing
* Take Tap Temperatures
* Flushing
* PPM's
* Reactive maintenance
* Plant Room Checks
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling
