We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator who thrives on property sales and wants to progress within an energetic, customer-focused, and locally respected high street brand.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
* Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
* Generating new business and supporting marketing activities
* Ensuring a professional, customer-focused approach at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Experienced residential estate agent with proven sales success
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent customer service and telephone manner
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
* Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude
* Knowledge of the Bromley area advantageous
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
* Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
