We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time HR Business Partner who will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing support, enabling managers, driving engagement, and setting the people agenda.
The aim of the role is to provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations, communications, and administration.
If you are CIPD qualified, or equivalent, have at least 2 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner, and can work with people at all levels, then this could be the role for you.
Hours of work – 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
