Our client are a recognised fast-food brand and seek to recruit a resilient and driven Assistant Manager to join the team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a background in managing challenging customer interactions—perhaps from hospitality, nightlife, or retail—we want to hear from you!
Starting salary of £32,000 with KPI related bonus of up to £6,000
The Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. From motivating a team of enthusiastic workers to delivering top-notch service to their loyal customers, you’ll ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully.
* Lead and inspire a diverse team, gaining their respect and buy-in.
* Manage shifts and operational tasks to maintain excellent service standards.
* Handle customer interactions with warmth and professionalism.
* Drive staff training and development, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
* Assist in business growth by maintaining high standards of efficiency, service, and profitability.
The Person:
* Experience in customer-facing roles where you’ve dealt with challenging clientele (e.g., bars, pubs, nightclubs, or fast-paced retail)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Resilience under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset

* You must be a car driver due to the location of the site.
* You must be flexible to work across 7 days and work shifts (between 8am-7pm)
