About the Role
Location: Home working with travel to client sites may be required
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £97,000 per annum depending on experience
As Assistant Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Director in delivering business objectives, leading complex strategic asset management and data projects, and driving growth across our services. This role is perfect for an experienced professional ready to take the next step in their career or someone seeking to diversify their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Leadership
* Support strategic planning, resource allocation and team performance monitoring
* Line manage members of the workstream and ensure delivery against business plan targets
Business Development & Marketing
* Shape and implement marketing strategies
* Produce thought leadership and industry insight content
* Represent the business at events, panels, and conferences
* Secure new business
Project Delivery
* Lead client engagements and manage complex projects
* Deliver stakeholder workshops, data analysis and reporting
* Develop and present key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Product & Service Development
* Identify and develop new offerings, partnerships and operational improvements
Qualifications & Experience
* CIH Level 5 Diploma (or demonstrable experience)/ Construction related degree (BSc, MSc etc.) (essential)
* Professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, CEng, APM, PRINCE2) – desirable
* 10+ years of post-qualification experience in strategic asset management
Core & Technical Skills
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
* Expertise in contract management, data compliance, regulatory frameworks and procurement
* Demonstrated success in managing high-value, complex projects
Personal Attributes
* Adaptable, detail-oriented and highly organised
* A collaborative team player who leads with integrity and drive
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
