We currently have an opportunity for Casual Matchday Hospitality Managers to join our amazing team at Headingley Stadium, Leeds

This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. A need for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. With the opportunity to work at both Matchday and Non-Matchday Events.

3. Ensure area is setup prior to guests arrival.
4. To attend pre-match managers briefings
5. Conduct a comprehensive staff briefing prior to service, ensuing all staff are in correct uniform and standards are being met
6. To liaise with the kitchen team, ensuring all food products are serviced in line with timings specified.
7. A thorough understanding of food and beverage packages and menus.
8. Working in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
9. Ensuring that both bar and food staff are attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
10. Ensuring all food and beverage products serviced are of the highest possible standard, well presented and with correct garnish.
11. Overseeing the Bar Supervisor
12. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, with any defective equipment reported.
13. Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
14. To accurately and thoroughly record all guest feedback.
15. Ensure area is fully cleaned with stock secured at the end of shift.
16. Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request.
17. To comply fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety.
18. Excellent verbal communication skills
19. Being friendly yet professional
20. Good attention to detail and punctuality
21. Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
22. Experience in managing a team
