Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Supervisor to join a well-established timber manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.They are looking for someone with a strong presence on the shop floor, who can lead by example and support production in meeting its targets.

Skills and Experience Required
1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing or production environment, with proven experience ensuring compliance and promoting a safe workplace
3. Background in joinery or timber would be advantageous
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
5. Confident dealing with a target-driven environment
6. Counterbalance FLT licence preferred
