Business Development Manager – Anaerobic Digestion
Location: Hybrid (monthly travel to Warwick for team meetings)
Salary: £55k + Company Car + Benefits
Our client is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) and renewable energy to join their Commercial Team.
What you’ll do:
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the AD and agri-energy sectors.
* Build strong relationships with customers, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
* Deliver ROI analyses, business cases, and proposals that win new orders.
* Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM and structured sales process.
* Represent our client at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in solution selling within AD, renewables, agri, or engineering sectors.
* Strong technical and operational knowledge of AD plants and subsystems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
* Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about the energy transition.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
