Our Client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established independent MOT and Service Centre in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians who want to work in a modern, fully equipped workshop on a diverse range of vehicles. Benefits: Basic salary up to £40,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonus scheme Monday to Friday working hours; early finish on Fridays No weekends required 40-hour working week, with bank holidays and Christmas off Employee discounts on products and services Discounted access to on-site gym facilities Friendly, collaborative team environment with ongoing support Duties of the Vehicle Technician: Carry out comprehensive vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance in line with industry standards Perform diagnostics, fault-finding, and troubleshooting on both mechanical and electrical systems Complete repairs such as brakes, suspension, clutch replacements, timing belts, gearboxes, and more Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and rectify electronic and computer-controlled issues Conduct tyre fitting and wheel alignment when required Accurately complete service records and documentation, adhering to GDPR compliance Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service Requirements: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or extensive proven experience Strong mechanical knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models Ability to work independently to consistently high standards Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment Full UK driving licence is essential; MOT licence is advantageous but not mandatory Hybrid or electric vehicle qualifications are desirable but not required If you are a dedicated Vehicle Technician seeking a stable and rewarding role within a reputable workshop, this opportunity is ideal.
