Our client, a well established company in the food manufacturing business, are looking for a candidate to join their team as a Sales Administrator Modern Apprentice. This role will be based in their office in Cambuslang supporting the team with day to day administrative duties. These duties include:\n\nSales Order Processing\nReceive orders from customers and/or sales representatives\nAcknowledge receipt of sales orders\nWorking with customers to ensure orders are in line with MOQs\nInput customerâs orders into internal CRM\nProduce delivery notes and invoice customers on a daily basis\nWork closely with a range of third party transport providers\nEnsure data is recorded accurately\nAssist with establishing if customers have exceeded credit terms\nArrange transport for customer deliveries\n\nE.D.I. Orders and Invoicing\nManage the flow of orders on a separate software used to by specific customers\nRun this system in conjunction with internal CRM\nInvoice customer through the electronic system\n\nTelephonist & Receptionist Duties\nProfessionally and efficiently dealing with customer orders and enquires\nMeeting and greeting Visitors on a regular basis\nGreeting any customers who come in to buy products\nCompleting day to day office duties to support the business.\n\nStock Management Cycle\nWorking with our warehouse team to update our CRM with accurate stock\nCompleting stock spot checks on a weekly basis\nMaintaining and adjusting product stock levels so our system stock levels reflects our literal stock levels. As part of your development in the role, you will learn how to communicate effectively with clients, use the company internal CRM system and how to execute invoicing. You will also work towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Strong IT skills are essential for the day to day duties in this type of role. You must also be a confident communicator both written and verbal. The most important quality for this opportunity is a willingness to learn and develop.
