We are currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses in the Uttoexeter area for a large number of Prisons to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working for Onecall24 you will be responsible for the below duties:
• Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and Comfortable
• Monitoring patients
• Keeping up with patients personal hygiene and wellbeing
• Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated
• Assisting Mental health nurses in clinical duties
