The Futures Together service has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator, covering the social inclusion element of the service across North and Mid Essex (Permanent - 30hrs per week).
Futures Together is a dynamic service incorporating two Essex Phoenix Futures services: The Criminal Justice service and the Social Inclusion service. We work across Essex to provide support and social inclusion opportunities for our service users.

Role Purpose:
1. Support and develop our peer mentors and volunteers, leading recovery and wellbeing activities within an Essex locality.
2. Establish and maintain effective community partnerships to promote the Futures Together service.
3. Collaborate with the criminal justice element to support individuals with complex needs.
4. Innovate, implement, and facilitate recovery and social inclusion groups in North and Mid Essex.
5. Complete administrative tasks, including database maintenance and accurate client information management.
6. Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, adapting plans at short notice.
