We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Gillingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar role who enjoys building strong client relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their maintenance and remedial works are delivered smoothly and on time. You will:
* Manage planned maintenance and remedial works for clients
* Coordinate engineers' schedules and liaise with clients
* Oversee follow-up tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
* Deliver services within agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Manage emergency call outs when required
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Carry out general administrative duties to support the service team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar service coordinator role (essential)
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
