Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic outside sales representative (Chapter Launch Coach, or CLC) to generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members to form powerful and profitable networks. The CLC is vital to the growth and success of a BNI Region, serving as the primary resource for forming Chapters, and engaging in sales, marketing, recruiting, coaching, goal setting, and project management. This position is part-time (20-25 hours/week), with 80% of time dedicated to sales activities. Flexibility for evenings and weekends may be required.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing sales outside the home office by attending community events, coffee shops, job sites, and networking events at least 3 hours weekly.
* Educate and sell to prospects both in-person and virtually about the benefits of BNI’s services weekly.
* Close sales after prospect meetings to reduce Membership churn and maximize Membership value.
* Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with management to convert prospects into Members.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts within company software.
* Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve key milestones.
* Foster positive relationships between Forming Chapters and the Regional Support Team prior to support transition.
* Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report on progress, successes, and challenges.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by BNI’s US Core Leadership.

Minimum Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license
* 2+ years’ professional sales experience preferred
* Experience in customer support and account management
* Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with earnings ranging from $0 to approximately $43,000 annually, based on sales performance. Earnings are directly tied to sales results. All part-time associates are eligible for BNI’s 401K. Flexibility is provided, but duties and responsibilities may change.
