Product Marketing & Lead Generation Manager
Role Specification:
Location: London (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Rate: £250 / day

Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic marketing professional with 3-5 years' experience to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for our innovative Horizon Scanner product and Market Abuse solutions. This is a unique dual-role that combines strategic product marketing with hands-on business development activities - perfect for someone who thrives on both creative marketing campaigns and direct customer engagement.

As part of our RegTech team, you'll be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge regulatory technology to market, working directly with our CEOs to build and execute comprehensive launch strategies. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

* Develop and execute comprehensive product campaigns from initial strategy through to lead conversion
* Create compelling marketing materials including product one-pagers, sales presentations, case studies, and web content
* Design multi-channel product campaigns from initial strategy through to lead conversion
* Analyse campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

* Plan, execute and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for both organic reach and paid advertising
* Manage company LinkedIn presence to maximize lead generation and brand awareness
* Develop email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences for prospect engagement
* Create and manage marketing automation workflows using relevant platforms
* Execute multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and industry events

Business Development & Sales Support:

* Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers
* Qualify leads and manage initial sales conversations
* Support sales process with tailored marketing materials and prospect research
* Maintain CRM systems and track prospect engagement throughout the sales funnel
* Analyse competitor positioning and market trends in compliance solutions

Requirements:

* 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, specifically FinTech, or RegTech sectors
* Proven track record of successfully taking products to market from early stages
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing tools
* Strong LinkedIn optimization skills including organic content strategy and paid campaign management
* Comfortable with outbound sales activities including cold outreach and prospect qualification
* Website development or optimization experience highly valued
* Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer journey mapping
