Success Talent are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join a great new client in the education sector. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great company as they plan for growth and build out an in house Creative Team.
Where does this role fit within the Creative Team?
Reporting into the Senior Creative Designer, you’ll be working alongside other designers and copywriters, while collectively working with the wider Creative and Marketing teams.
You will know the best in class design and operation practices to create engaging work that’s on brief, on brand and on time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment – having the ability to work on multiple briefs and confidently presenting ideas.
We are looking for someone that brings real energy and confidence to the business with a proactive approach to pushing the brand’s creativity further whilst maintaining it’s core values that reflect and enhance the brand tone of voice in it’s global markets.
Key Skills:
1. Excellent visual design skills
2. Experience of working to brand graphic guidelines
3. Previous experience working in agency or brand would be a bonus
4. Understanding of both print and digital design
5. Must be highly organised and enjoy a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
7. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
8. Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
Requirements:
9. An engaging and original portfolio of work
10. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
11. Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
12. A keen interest in visual, interactive and motion design trends
13. Ability to conform to strict deadline-oriented projects and works well in fast paced environment
14. Ability to interact and communicate to present ideas
15. Design degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design

16. School tool kit ( leaflet, booklet, welcome pack etc..)
17. Brochures
18. Printed Material
19. Digital assets – layouts and formats
20. Presentation layouts & graphics
21. Infographics
22. Event & Exhibition stand graphics & assets
Assit in the development of the:
23. Brand Guidelines
24. Photography style guide
Assit in the management of the assets library:
25. Support the organisation and storage of all company design assets work with cloud-based platforms
26. Ensure that assets are easily accessible with a logical tagging structure to add asset searches
27. Manage regular asset audits and archiving
