The role focuses on helping pupils access learning, remain engaged, and develop confidence throughout the school day. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support children with speech and language needs, mild autism, attention difficulties, and learning delays. Support will include in-class assistance, structured one-to-one work, and small-group interventions.
