Salary/Benefits: From £24,720 per annum (Pro-Rata) DOE, plus pension, discounts, development opportunities, and access to college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 20 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Part Time, until 31 October 2025
About the role:
We are seeking an Admissions Adviser to join our Customer Services department. Your responsibilities include:
* Student Admissions Service: Processing applications, organizing interviews, maintaining data accuracy.
* Information, Advice, and Guidance: Providing accurate advice, supporting course and financial applications, recording interactions.
* Customer Experience: Ensuring positive enrolment experiences, supporting front desk, collecting feedback.
* Team Collaboration: Working with marketing and recruitment teams, participating in events and meetings.
* Statutory Duties: Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity, health and safety, and participating in training.
About you:
* Qualifications: Level 3 education, GCSE English and Maths, Level 4 IAG qualification or willingness to undertake.
* Experience and Skills: Administration, customer service, confidentiality, GDPR compliance, effective communication, IT skills, organisational abilities.
* Attributes: Professionalism, enthusiasm, flexibility, ability to travel, safeguarding awareness.
* Continuous Improvement: Willingness to update skills and knowledge.
