The role
You will lead our on‑shift Airfield Operations Team, ensuring performance against the daily flight schedule and meeting all compliance and safety standards. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing solutions to operational constraints, incidents, occurrences and emergency situations.
* Escalating issues and operational risks as necessary.
* Co‑ordinating with onsite service partners to ensure a smooth journey for passengers, maintaining safe and on‑time departures.
