AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing and SEO Executive to join our Growth Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, optimizing our online presence through effective content production, and blending creative marketing skills with analytical thinking and SEO best practices.
At AXA, we promote flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, increasing to three days (60%) towards the end of 2025. This can include office visits, client visits, or industry events. We also consider flexible working options discussed with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
1. Implement product marketing tactics aligned with business goals to enhance product adoption.
2. Develop and execute B2C marketing assets, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
3. Create marketing collateral and sales tools for product launches and customer engagement.
4. Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences, adhering to regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for product launches.
6. Manage customer communications, including welcome and renewal documents, in partnership with the communications team.
7. Optimize website and landing page content for SEO, implementing best practices and link-building strategies.
8. Create and manage email marketing content to engage customers and support acquisition efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in product marketing, SEO, and content writing, preferably in the insurance or finance industry focused on B2C.
* Strong skills in content writing and copywriting, with the ability to adopt brand tone and guidelines.
* Expertise in positioning and messaging with a customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills across various regions.
* Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
You must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
