The salary for this permanent Senior Support Worker job is up to £35,000 per annum Main duties: Provide direct support and supervision to vulnerable children, young people, or adults in residential or supported living areas. Work closely with individuals to help them develop life skills, emotional regulation, and independence. Lead or mentor support staff, helping to coach, train, and support them day-to-day. Take on additional responsibility when managers are not on site, including administrative tasks and oversight of care activities. Participate in staff meetings, audits and risk assessments.
