Your key duties will include: Installing smart meters (dual fuel) Investigating non-communicating meters Handling emergency and maintenance appointmentsYou'll work independently in the field, meeting new people daily and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll explain meter functions and safety clearly and respond quickly to restore gas or electricity during outages.
