Main Responsibilities: Initiate conversations with prospective customers over the phone Practice effective questioning techniques to engage prospects and keep the conversation moving forwards. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and competitor information Confidently be able to negotiate to achieve a win-win situation for the business and customer. Ability to effectively close deals Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Answering customers' questions on the products Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs What you should be able to bring to the role: An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential. Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving set KPIs. Aspirations to move up as the business grows vs the 5-year plan.
