Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and 2 students
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and 2
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 and 2
* Effective classroom management techniques
* Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or EAL
Working Conditions:
* Regular working hours with occasional evening or weekend events
* Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities
