Job Purpose:
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and reassembling mechanical and electro-mechanical products in our client's pressurisation workshop. 🛠️⚙️
Responsibilities and Duties: 📋
1. Perform tests, fault finding, and repairs of products according to manufacturers' manuals 🛠️
2. Maintain and observe quality standards and procedures 👌
3. Ensure a legally compliant and safe working environment 🚧
4. Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to support purchasing and commercial departments 📝
5. Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the company 👷♀️
6. Always strive to understand and exceed customer needs 🤝✨
Skills and Experience Required: 📚⚡️
7. Strong understanding of DC/AC motors and reading electrical circuits and pneumatic diagrams ⚡️🔌
8. Excellent mechanical skills 🔧
9. Previous experience in an aviation environment, with similar role preferred ✈️
10. Proficiency in MS Office and business systems and procedures 💻
11. Ability to interpret manuals and accurately record inspection findings 📝
12. Strong planning and organisational skills 🗓️✅
13. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, a team player 🗣️🤝
14. Safety conscious with a keen eye for detail 🚨🔍
