Location: Witheridge, Devon
Contract Type: Full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Yard Team Member to join our team at the Witheridge Engineering site, part of Mole Valley Farmers.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our yard operation, supporting customers, handling goods, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. You’ll be operating machinery, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service every time they visit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing a warm, helpful welcome to all visitors and customers
* Safely loading and unloading deliveries
* Operating forklifts and side loaders (training provided if needed)
* Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Accurately picking and preparing loads for dispatch
* Supporting site safety and security at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable with regular lifting and working outdoors
* Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
* Forklift licence and yard experience (desirable, but not essential)
* A commitment to excellent customer service
