The role
OVERALL PURPOSE:
To support the implementation and maintenance of the organisations management systems, provide support for certification and regulatory body approval, auditing and inspections, and to report on management system performance to the Group Compliance Manager.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support in identifying and flow down of applicable compliance requirements to the business,
- Support in assurance of functional audit compliance to business management system processes,
- Support in generating business management system performance metrics output reports by function [Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)],
- Support in identifying functional corrective actions and manage closure,
- Support in generating management system audits and findings,
- Support in documented, issue and maintain management systems and processes,
- Support in continuous improvements and lessons learned,
